Sarah Palin accepts the Republican Party nomination!!

I saw the speech “performed” by Ms Sarah Palin on last night. She delivered the speech quite well, and told alot of her own personal stories. She relagated to alot of issues concerning her experience from making executive decisions to foreign policy experience (lack of ). It stops there. First of all, after the camera is scanning the crowd, there was not any diversity in that Republican organization at all. Nothing against the Republicans, but they need to come into the 21st century, the United States of America is comprised of many different nationalities, colors, and religions. These Republicans cannot seem to grasp that enormous fact at all.

Next, now these attacks that she had made on Obama? I do understand that is necessary to fire up the base, but it can be quite counterproductive. You still have not stated what are your plans to fire up the economy? Accusing him of being a community organizer, I thought that is where a politician gets his/her start? I mean you have to start somewhere in life.

Once again the Republican rhetoric from a woman, who cannot obviously run her own house. Nothing against the pregnant daughter, I feel that is great that the family is rallying around the daughter with love and support. I am on board with that idea. But forcing the son (because it is obvious that this young man is not feeling the marriage idea) to marry her daughter because she is supposedly pregnant with his child is just crazy. Ms Sarah please consider the young man’s feelings too! Honestly, I dont think that he is going to marry the young lady. Bristol Palin looked not very interested, and didnt appreciate being put on public display like that in front of people. She realizes that she is pregnant, which is quite traumatic, and she has enough to deal with in regards to the pregnancy.

Thirdly, why was everyone holding the infant except for the father for a quick minute? Lets see Cindy McCain, the young daughter, and everyone else was holding the infant. I seems to me that the father is embarrassed to hold his own son. I hope not at all, he is his child.

Overall, the speech was delivered well, but get your facts straight Ms Palin! And last but not least, discuss the issues and convince me to vote for the McCain/Palin ticket! You haven’t done that yet.
